This building is situated on the waterfront, on the coastal road which leads to the old harbor of the town, at a short distance from the Solomos Museum and the Antivouniotissa Museum. It is comprised of four storeys. It is distinguished by its extraordinary size and the wealth of morphological details found on the facades.
The design of the building does not include the features which predominated Corfiot architecture during the Venetian and the British rule. The composition of the facade has a monumental character, greatly influenced by neoclassical standards. The facade has a tripartite articulation (consisting of three parts). The central part is emphasized by balconies supported on columns and a monumental arched entrance on the ground floor.
