Τhis building of significant size is located at the Iroon Kypriakou Agonos Square, widely known as “Plakada tou Saint” (Ag. Spyridon Square), opposite the Banknote Museum of the Ionian Bank. The construction, as we know it today, is comprised of five storeys. The ground floor has a commercial use, while there are apartments on the upper floors. Three of its sides allow natural light to enter the spaces freely.
Morphologically, the design of the facades is simple. All openings are rhythmically distributed. Four balconies, made of reinforced concrete, are arranged in a symmetrical harmonious composition. The ground floor is divided from the upper floors with a double zone. The two corners of the building are emphasized by two stone pilasters on the ground floor and white vertical pilasters on the upper floors extending from the ground floor up until the roof cornice. The original frames and shutters of the ground floors are not preserved.
